Handy Hydrant Dispenser Indeed!

The hydrant dispenser works like a charm. Easy to load new roll of bags into the dispenser and the opening is the perfect size so you can easily separate a single bag from the roll to make cleaning up after your dog a breeze.

The clip is EVERYTHING

I saw this dispenser was also eco-friendly, so I bought it. Didn't realize the little clip thing on the back was to hold the full poop bags. Nice invention!
